Legal Notice — And Email to Report Malicious Defamation

Each of our tour leaders has received defamatory (false) information about me and about Cynthia McKinney designed to break up the team and sabotage the tour.

The Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH), Media Matters, The Washington Post, The Daily Beast, VICE, and a number of other organizations appear to be gearing up a campaign against the tour and its elements, including the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA), which terrifies the Deep State. They know that legally elected sheriffs are the highest law enforcement authority in any given county, and have the power — backed up by armed motivated veterans deputized by the sheriff — to say no to any federal, state, or local attempt to impose unconstitutional mandates on farmers, shop keepers, parents, and more.

I have been down this road before and have a federal lawsuit against the individual who posted 90 defamatory videos against me. I know know how to document malicious defamatory campaigns that are also a form of cyber-stalking (a federal felony) as well as tortious interference. is the email to use to forward any malicious defamatory email you might receive, or to share a screenshot or link for any malicious defamatory information about me or Cynthia or Richard Mack or any other participant in our tour. If you see a defamatory comment on YouTube or BitChute or anywhere, take a screen shot and also copy the link of the alleged author. In my experience half of these are bots, but federal discovery will force YouTube and others to disclose the IP addresses and other information associated with both real people and bots.
